Items marked SPECIAL ORDER will take up to 21 business days to leave our premise. Arrival time will vary depending upon where you are located.
We have chosen to allow you to purchase from many products that we don’t currently carry IN-STOCK, but can bring to you through SPECIAL ORDER. We do not charge extra for our Special Orders. Most of our customers feel the short wait time is well worth it for that perfect box, bag or ribbon in the exact quantity they want. Our popular SPECIAL ORDER items often find their way to our IN-STOCK shelves. We also include our SPECIAL ORDERS as part of our small volume ordering so you can order just one, even if it is a SPECIAL ORDER item.

CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS:
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order online there will be no restocking fee.
Special Orders cancelled after the 24-hour period will be subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee or 10 percent, which ever is greater.
How do you cancel? Just send us an email containing your name and order # and we will take care of the rest for you.
