| Special Orders are indicated by three asterisks *** after the product description in your shopping cart. Items marked SPECIAL ORDER will take up to 14 days to ship to you from our premise. Timing can vary depending upon the vendor, weather conditions, disasters and statutory holidays, which at times, create an uncontrollable delay.
We have chosen to allow you to purchase from many products that we don’t currently carry IN-STOCK, but can bring to you through SPECIAL ORDER. We do not charge extra for our Special Orders. Most of our customers feel the short wait time is well worth it for that perfect box, bag or ribbon in the exact quantity they want. Our popular SPECIAL ORDER items often find their way to our IN-STOCK shelves. We also include our SPECIAL ORDERS as part of our small volume ordering so you can order just one, even if it is a SPECIAL ORDER item.
CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS:
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order online there will be no restocking fee.
Special Orders cancelled after the 24-hour period will be subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee or 10 percent, which ever is greater.
