Do you have a print catalog?

We have a downloadable catalog you can view/download online.  All the items in our catalog are available for sale on our website.

I have shopped at ribbonsandfavors.com before but can't login to my account.

If you created an account or placed an order with ribbonsandfavors.com prior to March 2012 you will need to reset your password. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have updated our website and system and for security purposes a new password is required.

Go to My Account, click "Sign in with your Ribbons and Favors Account". Under Email, click "Forgot your Password?". Enter your email address and continue to follow the instructions on the screen. At the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please note: the link is only valid for 15 minutes.

I forgot my password.  How can I update it?

Go to My Account, click "Sign in with your Ribbons and Favors Account". Under Email, click "Forgot your Password?". Enter your email address and continue to follow the instructions on the screen. At the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please note: the link is only valid for 15 minutes.

Is your entire collection on your website?

Yes, everything Ribbons and Favors currently has available for purchase on our website.  If there is something you cannot find, or if you are looking for a particular item you don't see, please contact Customer Service at sales@ribbonsandfavors.com.

How many products do you have In Stock?

We have over 1500 products in stock! We also have more products that are special order.

What is the minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order and we don't have a minimum order charge!

Oops! What happens to my order if I put it through with the wrong address on the order?

When we receive your order back in our studio we will do our best to contact you. If we have accurate contact information we will notify you of the problem with your shipment. We will be happy to reship your order providing you pay the additional shipping charges.

What is your refund policy?

We have an authorized refund policy. More info in REFUNDS.

 

SAMPLES

Do you send our free samples of products?

Sorry we don't have a free sample program. More info in Samples.

How can I get a sample before placing my large order?

We allow small quantity ordering. Many items we sell individually or in a very small number. Consider our Custom Color Match Service

Should I do anything different if I'm creating my own sample pack?

Only if you would like us to label your items with a color name. Simply send us and email and let us know which items you would like labeled. If we label your items it may affect the usability of the item.

 

COLOR MATCHING

Why do you need a physical sample for color matching?

Physical samples allow us to acurately color match for you. Colors are often given fancy names and differ in shading or intensity with each manufacturer. A digital image or giving us the name of a color will often result in a mismatch match.

Is there a charge for Color Matching?

No. We don't charge for this unique service.

May I pin to my Pinterest board from your website?

Yes you have our permission to pin away.

If I Friend or Like you on Facebook will you blow-up my page or newsfeed with posts?

No we won't do that. We don't think that is very nice business (or people for that matter) practice. We will post details of discount code special, inspirational photo's, new DIY's, new product launches, or maybe a great article we just must share.

What eco-friendly practices do you have?

Along with carrying many, many eco-friendly products, we reuse or re-purpose shipping materials. We purchase in bulk so we have very little product that ships in store display packaging. Although, many of our products need to be shipped to you in plastic to protect them from moisture and damage we reduce by combining as much of your order in one bag or wrap as possible. We encourage you to reuse and re-purpose as well.

How can I post a review?

You may post a product review by going to the individual product page and clicking on the "REVIEW" button. A box will pop up to allow you to add a review.
