simple table decoration for a
bridal shower, fundraiser (or
anything in between) is to tie
long strands of curling ribbon
to helium filled balloons. Be
sure to leave a nice long
ribbon tail to curl. Anchor
the balloons at different
heights to a weight. Drop the
weighted bunch of balloons
into a coordinating gift
bag. ~ A quick wrap idea
is to use a printed cellophane
bag closed up with a few
strands of curling ribbon. We
use multiple strands all
different lengths and colors.
Tie the ribbon a few inches
from the top and curl all the
loose ends. Add a favor tag or
label and your done. This is
an all purpose wrap technique
that you can use for
