We are an online store so we are set-up to respond via email the quickest, as it is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, regardless of your location and time zone. Order Status - You are welcome to contact us via email regarding an order status, although once it leaves us we will have to track it the same way you would. Please see our Shipping page for some very helpful information. When your order ships you should receive a Google generated notification that gives you the tracking number(s) for your purchase.

Email Orders: If you are having trouble with Google Checkout and would like us to send you an invoice we will be happy to do so. Contact us with your product information, your email address, your phone number and mailing address. We will provide you with a Google Checkout generated invoice for you to return to us with payment.
